This blog has been started as a place of contact with the wellsprings of Wicca. Today this word is used to describe a wide variety of spiritual practices but the origins are are tangiable, coherent system of beliefs, practices and poetry. The immense beauty of the original 'materials' of Wicca are hidden from a new generation with many authors like Doreen Valiente, janet and Stewart Farrar and Vivianne Crowley going (or gone) out of print.
This site does not pretend to hold the entire teachings of initiatory Wicca, or even any of them. This site is for points of inspiration for a new generation. It in no way replaces the importance of initiatory Wicca and the training and initiations recieved in a coven setting.
This site is dedicated to Doreen Valiente, mother of Wicca.
